English

Trello(trello.com)

6. Chrome

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

Scope

This policy applies to the following extensions published by M.Senga on the Chrome Web Store (the "Extensions"): Check-Hiro (チェックひろ), Copy-Hiro (コピひろ), Kaijo-Hiro (解錠ひろ), Nimotsu-Hiro (にもつひろ), Giga-Hiro (ギガひろ), and Tre-Hiro (トレひろ).

1. Information we do not collect or transmit

The Extensions do not collect user data such as personal information, browsing history, or the content of the pages you visit, and do not send it to the developer or any third party (except when you click a button in Nimotsu-Hiro to open a carrier's page; see section 4).

  • They do not communicate with the developer's or any external server.
  • They contain no analytics, advertising, or tracking.
  • They do not load or run remote code.

2. Information handled inside the browser

Each Extension reads information on the page inside your browser only as far as its single feature requires. That information is used on the spot and is never recorded or transmitted. Details for each Extension are in section 4.

3. Information stored in the browser

Some Extensions store only the settings you choose, in Chrome's extension storage (chrome.storage.sync):

  • Check-Hiro: whether the feature is on or off
  • Giga-Hiro: the retention periods for GigaFile and Giga-Watasu (two numbers of days)
  • Tre-Hiro: on/off, card width, the ratio between the description and comment columns, card coloring on/off, and color strength
  • Copy-Hiro, Kaijo-Hiro, and Nimotsu-Hiro store nothing.

If Chrome sync is turned on, Chrome may sync these settings across the Chrome browsers signed in to the same Google Account. The developer never receives them. Uninstalling an Extension removes its settings.

4. How each Extension handles information

Check-Hiro

Runs on all web pages. When you click a checkbox, it reads the order and state of the checkboxes on the same page to toggle a range of them. It does not record or transmit page content.

Copy-Hiro

Only when you choose a context-menu item, it reads the text of the right-clicked table (or of all tables on the page), converts it to tab-separated text or Markdown, and writes it to the clipboard. To know which table was right-clicked, it keeps a reference to the most recently right-clicked element in the page's memory. It never reads the clipboard. Copying overwrites the previous clipboard content.

Kaijo-Hiro

Only when you choose its context-menu item, it removes disabled attributes and the disabled class from the page in that tab and shows how many elements were unlocked. It does not record or transmit page content.

Nimotsu-Hiro

Runs only on Google Search results pages (www.google.com and www.google.co.jp). It checks inside the browser whether the search term in the page URL looks like a tracking number. Search terms are never stored or transmitted.

When you click one of the buttons it shows, the carrier's tracking page (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post) opens in a new tab, and the tracking number is passed to that carrier as part of the page URL. The URL of your search results page (your search terms) is not sent as the referrer. Each carrier's privacy policy applies to its website.

Giga-Hiro

Runs only on GigaFile and Giga-Watasu pages and selects the retention period you set on the upload screen. To do so, it reads the text and selection state of the option buttons, and on Giga-Watasu it also reads the page URL to detect screen changes. It never touches the files you upload or their names.

Tre-Hiro

Runs only on Trello (trello.com). It widens the card detail view and colors board cards by their labels. To do so, it reads the position of cards and the colors of their labels on the page. It does not record or transmit card names or content.

5. Sharing with third parties

The Extensions do not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties.

6. Compliance with Chrome Web Store policies

The use of information by the Extensions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the "Last updated" date. If the handling of information changes, this page will be updated before the version containing that change is published.

8. Contact

For questions about this policy or the Extensions, please email [email protected] (the developer contact shown on each Extension's Chrome Web Store page).
